I was in a house today, not particularly stinking, but not the cleanest, had that old person smell about it. Anyhow it was a strange one because the job was “remove back boiler and pipework”, which isn’t that common these days as most cooncil properties are centrally heated or use combis. Well I reckon the person(s) who lived there might have been there since the building was built (this was in the Seaton area, the granite buildings) as these beauties infer…
