Billy's Video Conversion Form
Upload Method:
- Use the box on the left to select your own video from your PC.
- Select options (.amv or .mp3 or both)
- Click the "Do Magic!" button
- Wait for your download link(s) to appear, the bigger the file the longer this will take
- Files uploaded via this form will be renamed according to the original
- For example: Gummy Bear.avi -> Gummy_Bear.mp3
- Successfully tested on: .mpg .avi* .flv .mov* .wmv
- Unsucessfully tested on: .m4a .mp4 .3gp .avi* .mov* & .amr
- Note the failure AND success with .mov & .avi - this could well be due to DRM
or codec issues.
- Feel free to try any types of files as the software tries to work it out itself anyway.
YouTube Method:
- Use the box on the right to enter a YouTube page URL.
- Select options (.amv or .mp3 or both)
- Click the "Do Magic!" button
- Wait for your download link(s) to appear, this may take a few minutes.
- Videos converted from youtube will be named according to the youtube title.
- For example: Rainbow Gummy Bear - English Long -> Rainbow_Gummy_Bear__-_English_Long.amv
Notes
- You can choose as many or as few options as you require. For example you can upload a file from your home PC
at the same time as the YouTube URL. You can also choose to convert to .amv AND .mp3 for both these files.
Download links are positioned where the "Please Wait" appears during conversion.
- If your video or youtube link does not convert please let me know here and I'll
do my best to fix the error.
This is usually down to how the Youtube clip has been named - bizarrely!
- Videos that are unavailable in the UK such as this cannot be converted at this time
as the connection is made(or not!) from the UK.
- If the YouTube video won't convert to .amv it might still work as an .mp3
